The main building is a historic building dating back to the early twentieth century and has 29 rooms of different sizes and kinds, all of them overlooking the sea. Some of them have a large furnished terrace where you can enjoy room service at any time during your stay.
All the rooms are spacious and bright, soundproofed and equipped with all the necessary services and accessories, including a complete, high-quality courtesy kit.

Classic Room
16 spacious and bright sea view rooms have a surface area of 22 square metres and are characterized by “parquet” floors and furnishings in soft and relaxing colours, functionally suitable for a stay in a seaside resort.
All rooms have a bathroom proportionate to the size of the rooms, with a shower box and all the necessary accessories.
The rooms located on the first floor have a solarium terrace.
Classic Family Rooms
4 adjoining double rooms, suitable for family groups, all with a sea view, have an area of 43 square meters, are characterized by "parquet" floors and furniture in soft and relaxing colors, functionally suitable for a stay in a seaside resort.
All rooms have a toilet proportionate to the area of the rooms, equipped with a shower "box" and equipped with all necessary accessories.
Rooms located on the 1st floor have a terrace equipped as a solarium.

3 spacious and bright sea view suites of 2 different types, are made up of two separate but communicating rooms, have a surface area between 45 and 75 square metres, are characterised by "parquet" floors and furnishings in soft and relaxing colours, functionally suitable for a stay in a seaside resort.
The Del Golfo suites are 45 square metres in size, have a living room furnished with a sofa bed and a walk-in wardrobe, and are equipped with a bathtub.
The Di Selva suite has a surface area of 75 square metres, has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower boxes, a living room furnished with a sofa bed, a walk-in wardrobe and a hallway.
Villa
A villa surrounded by nature and overlooking the gulf, arranged on 3 levels: on the ground floor there’s the entrance, on the first floor the sleeping area with 4 bedrooms, on the second floor the living area with living room and kitchen.
In the outdoor area, connecting with the living area, you can enjoy an exclusive swimming pool.
Guests can use all the services offered by the main building.
Depandance
A "dependance" surrounded by greenery and overlooking the Marina di Capo San Donato, that can be reached via an internal pathway, arranged on two levels, with 10 bedrooms (1 quadruple, 4 triples and 5 doubles), all of different sizes and types, for an affordable solution more suitable for family groups. Externally, there is a large area at the complete disposal of our guests.
Four parking spaces are available with direct access from the SS1 Aurelia (as an alternative to the parking area outside the main building) upon reservation and payment.
Services are reduced, however guests can freely benefit from all those offered by the main structure.
